The Challenge

Increase the spending and stay of tourists from Colombia and Japan in the state of Guanajuato; increase the number of travelers and diversify the offer to potential tourists, as well as promoting the state in the above - mentioned markets.

The Result

We made a work and media agenda, managing interviews, sending newsletters, organizing events and seminars. We participated in 2019 and 2020 in the Anato Tourist Showcase held in Bogotá, Colombia, strengthening the presence of the destination with the holding of two seminars in Medellin and Colombia in which we brought together more than 100 companies in the sector. In the city of Osaka, Japan we made a work agenda and with the media, interview management, sending newsletters, we participate in the most important tourism fair in Asia: JATA, strengthening the promotion of the destination through the realization of three seminars in the cities of Tokyo, Hiroshima and Nagoya where we brought together more than 250 top-level managers.
